Tony's Mansion & Workshop A luxurious playboy pad with all the necessities. Fully automated and run by JARVIS, Tony's AI butler, it sits on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean and offering a 270 degree panoramic view. The grounds include a tennis court, swimming pool, helicopter landing pad, multiple verandas and extended gardens. Situated below Stark Mansion, the Workshop hosts Tony's engineering playground, including an industrial assembly line, work robots, his car collection, and the armory holding his various suits of armor. The workshop is accessible via a ramp, from an air entrance, or via a spiral staircase and elevator from above, all entrances protected by an elaborate security system. Moderator Tony Stark |

Bruce's Mansion After a fatal fire some years ago, Wayne Manor was rebuilt with utmost historical correctness - apart from a couple of minor changes regarding the infrastructure (mainly subterranean) and the building's high technology safety system. It's an impressive mansion, situated on spacious grounds, with trees, parks, fountain and all that jazz. |

Batcave Batman's Lair, outside the North border of the City, with a subterrestrial high-speed connection to Wayne Manor and the most important business buildings of Wayne Industries. The cave is spacious, has a workshop and post-modern computer technology, and is hidden to the world by a huge waterfall. |
